Customized items are made according to the customer’s selected name, number, patches, badges, or other personalization details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct before placing the order.
Once a customized order enters processing, it cannot usually be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a production error or the wrong item was sent.
11. Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
