At JerseyFanZone, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
- With original packaging and tags, if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized jerseys
- Jerseys with custom names or numbers
- Jerseys with player names or player numbers
- Items with patches, badges, sleeve patches, or custom printing
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team
Customized products are made according to your selected details and cannot usually be resold. Therefore, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
3. Size Issues
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange for eligible non-customized items, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipping fees.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection unless the item was produced incorrectly or sent in the wrong size.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the issue or defect
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for approval.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges caused by customer reasons, such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
If the return or exchange is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, or defective product, we will provide a suitable solution after reviewing the issue.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and customization fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or product, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipping fees unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet entered processing, production, customization, or shipment, we may be able to cancel it.
Once an order has entered processing, customization, or shipment, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
Customized orders cannot usually be canceled once production has started.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please check your bank account again and contact your card provider or payment platform.
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method.

11. Important Notes
JerseyFanZone reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back.
